3月9日下午，各代表团认真审议了全国人大常委会关于法律清理工作情况和有关法律和决定处理意见的报告。代表们充分肯定全国人大常委会的法律清理工作。审议中，代表们对报告提出了一些意见和建议。委员长会议认真研究了代表们的审议意见，对报告进行了修改。主席团常务主席根据代表们的审议意见和报告修改情况，建议批准这个报告，并代拟了关于批准的决定草案。会议经过表决，决定将关于批准全国人大常委会关于法律清理工作情况和有关法律和决定处理意见的报告的决定草案提请各代表团审议。
