互有过错的船舶，对碰撞造成的船舶以及船上货物和其他财产的损失，依照前款规定的比例承担赔偿责任。碰撞造成第三人财产损失的，各船的赔偿责任均不超过其应当承担的比例。
除本法第一百八十五条关于撤销或者变更救助合同和第一百八十六条、第一百八十七条关于防止或者减轻生态环境损害的规定外，本章其他规定仅在救助合同没有约定或者没有不同约定时适用。
